Technical Quality Manager / Success Plan Manager

About the Role

SAP Saudi Arabia is seeking a Technical Quality Manager / Success Plan Manager (TQM/SPM) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves serving as a trusted advisor and primary escalation point for customers, leveraging deep expertise in complex SAP transformations to enhance customer operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess customer-related risks, adoption concerns, and delivery challenges, developing strategic mitigation approaches.
• Ensure smooth delivery and consistently high-quality service engagement for SAP implementations.
• Guide customers through intricate SAP implementations, optimizing operational capabilities and driving sustainable business improvement.
• Build and nurture executive-level customer relationships based on trust and strategic value advisory.
• Establish, lead, and maintain governance cadence, including Executive Steering Committees, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and ongoing status and value reporting.
• Develop and implement comprehensive customer value advisory strategies that align customer needs with SAP solution delivery.
• Drive adoption and maximize value realization throughout the entire customer journey.
• Focus on establishing a trusted strategic partnership, developing deep customer relationships to deliver meaningful advisory support and measurable business outcomes.
• Drive measurable improvements in customer adoption rates through successful engagement strategies that enhance service delivery and reduce implementation risks.
