The Role: Technical Strategy & Architecture Lead

Infinite PL is seeking a Technical Strategy & Architecture Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading the technical vision, architecture, and engineering efforts, including the development and management of a new platform. The successful candidate will ensure scalable design, efficient delivery, and strong quality and security outcomes across all systems, applications, and data platforms.

Technical Strategy and Architectural Leadership

• Define and drive the overall technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals and future scalability requirements.
• Establish a robust and scalable architecture across all systems, applications, and data platforms.
• Lead architecture design for cloud infrastructure, software applications, and data ecosystems specific to the new platform and related services.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to support architectural goals.
• Develop and enforce architecture principles, standards, and best practices across the engineering teams.

Digital Factory and Development Oversight

• Establish and lead the Digital Factory operating model to ensure efficient and collaborative development for the new platform.
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence within development teams.
• Implement and optimize DevOps and CI/CD practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Oversee all software development activities, ensuring high quality, optimal performance, and adherence to delivery timelines.
• Manage the integration of various components to ensure seamless operation across the platform ecosystem.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and remove blockers for development teams.

Data Strategy and Management

• Design and oversee the implementation of a robust data architecture that effectively supports the new platform.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all systems and platforms.
• Establish comprehensive data governance policies and ensure full compliance with relevant national regulations.

Stakeholder Engagement and Quality Assurance

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with government entities, partners, and vendors to align technical deliverables with company objectives.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure all systems meet high standards of reliability, security, and performance.
• Conduct regular audits and implement proactive measures to safeguard sensitive data and infrastructure.
• Continuously monitor emerging technologies, recommend improvements, and refine the technical approach based on feedback and evolving business needs.
