We are looking for a highly motivated Tele Sales Specialist focused on achieving results to join our growing sales team. The role focuses on communicating with potential and current customers over the phone, promoting the company's services, and converting potential customers into successful sales while providing an exceptional customer experience.

🧭 Key Responsibilities:
  • Make daily outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's services
  • Follow up with current customers to enhance repeat purchase frequency
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Professionally present services and close deals efficiently
  • Handle customer objections and turn them into sales opportunities
  • Accurately update customer data and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales and performance
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in tele sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Good negotiation and time management skills
  • Ability to work within a team with high flexibility
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis
