Role Overview
The Territory Customer Executive role is focused on achieving Food Service sales objectives within a designated territory. This involves building and maintaining business relationships with customers, meeting sales targets, driving business development within the Food Service sector, and contributing to positive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on price approvals to ensure products are sold according to agreed negotiated terms.
- Log daily visits and customer activities to provide end-of-day progress reports to the line manager.
- Review customer sales dashboards and take necessary actions following market visits.
- Coordinate internally to ensure products are scheduled for delivery.
- Liaise with the finance team and line manager to provide updates on customer collection status.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales and customer service is necessary.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Effective Selling capability.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic Computer Skills and reporting abilities.
Work Details
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a designated sales territory.
