Job Summary

Raytheon is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to lead the execution of the TPY2 Sustainment program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, is contingent upon project approval. The program focuses on localizing manufacturing capabilities for selected TPY-2 components and R&R capabilities for other selected LRUs. The PM will be responsible for the governance and surveillance of a program team within a matrixed organization and for managing critical subcontracts. A minimum of 10 years of experience is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and integrate the performance of program Integrated Product Teams, managing a diverse team including US (CONUS & OCONUS Expatriates), Saudi Nationals, and other Foreign Nationals.
• Develop customer and program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations such as contracts, finance, procurement, operations, engineering, mission assurance, logistics, and administrative functions.
• Provide leadership for the overall performance and reporting of critical partners to achieve prime contract technical, schedule, quality, and financial objectives. This includes providing performance metrics, identifying corrective actions, and resolving issues.
• Partner with all in-country (KSA) and CONUS functional leaders to successfully execute and achieve all program milestones and related credits.
• Act as the primary customer point of contact, providing program status and reporting system performance, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure program requirements are met.
• Oversee and manage relationships and performance of critical subcontractors within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Provide surveillance of the IPDS process for all assigned Raytheon programs in Saudi Arabia, chairing routine internal and external program/status reviews (*, SFR, SDR, DDR) and resolving risks and issues.
• Focus, evaluate, motivate, and reward the program team to achieve stated goals and business objectives for sales, cash, bookings, and profit.
• Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to direct and indirect reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience in program management, particularly in leading complex projects within a matrixed organization.
• Experience in localizing manufacturing capabilities and managing R&R capabilities for components.
• Proven ability to manage critical subcontracts effectively.
