Trade Marketing Manager Beverages

About the Role

PepsiCo is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager - Beverages KSA to lead the trade marketing agenda for the Beverages business in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, serves as a central interface between PepsiCo Marketing, Franchise teams, and bottlers’ Trade Marketing organizations. The manager will translate brand and commercial strategies into in-market execution, ensuring optimal allocation and governance of trade investments across channels to drive sustainable volume, share, and profitability growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of annual and quarterly Trade Marketing strategies for KSA Beverages.
• Translate category and brand priorities into channel-specific activation plans across Modern Trade (MT), Traditional Trade (TT), Away From Home (AFH), and e-Commerce.
• Build and deploy a comprehensive trade marketing calendar, including key seasons, new product launches, and promotions.
• Drive channel planning as part of Joint Business Planning with bottlers.
• Act as the primary liaison between PepsiCo and bottlers’ Trade Marketing teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, activation frameworks, and execution standards.
• Lead regular forums with bottlers to track performance and align on actions.
• Serve as a key interface for PepsiCo Marketing, Franchise teams, Channel teams, and Bottlers' teams, ensuring strong alignment between consumer campaigns and in-store activation.
• Manage trade spend planning, tracking, and prioritization by channel, establishing frameworks for effective and efficient allocation of all trade investments.
• Monitor the ROI of activations and continuously reallocate funds to opportunities with the highest return.
• Lead the execution of Below-The-Line (BTL) activations and customer programs, ensuring best-in-class execution across channels for store visibility, promotions, and innovation launches.
• Develop and deploy channel playbooks and activation toolkits.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including volume, share, distribution, and activation effectiveness.
• Leverage internal and external insights to refine plans and identify growth opportunities, establishing dashboards and feedback loops.
• Lead trade readiness and execution of New Product Development (NPD) launches across channels.
• Identify and scale successful activation ideas across channels and geographies, contributing to mid- and long-term growth planning cycles.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in trade marketing or a related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics and beverage channels.
• Proven experience working in a franchise or multi-bottler environment is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing trade budgets and investments.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring close collaboration with internal PepsiCo teams and external bottler partners.
