Role Overview

Almarai is seeking a Trade Marketing Supervisor to join its team. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and is central to creating opportunities for sales, profit, and space growth for all Almarai product groups across the entire GCC. The supervisor will coordinate national and regional product promotions and develop effective category and product planograms. These planograms must be presented in a clear, consumer-focused manner, incorporating the latest category management principles to deliver overall increased sales and profit growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities: Promotional Activities

  • Develop and manage GCC-wide promotional plans and annual calendars.
  • Oversee the execution of promotions across all regions, ensuring alignment with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance, to deliver effective promotions.
  • Monitor promotional performance and present monthly reports on their impact.

Key Responsibilities: Merchandising Activities

  • Create and maintain merchandising plans, schedules, and planograms for GCC markets.
  • Coordinate New Product Development (NPD) listings, sponsorships, and events with relevant internal teams.
  • Ensure merchandising excellence through close collaboration with divisions and key accounts.
  • Coach sales teams to enhance execution and optimize stock management, distribution, and waste control.
  • Analyze and report monthly on the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves collaboration with various internal teams and external stakeholders across the GCC region to achieve trade marketing objectives.
