Job Summary: The Treasurer is responsible for managing relationships with banks and ensuring optimal cash management for the organization. Functional Duties:
  • Manage banking relationships to secure loans at competitive rates.
  • Support and maintain an efficient system of policies controlling treasury activities.
  • Assist the Group Financial Controller in negotiations for bank facilities.
  • Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily treasury reports for ABG and its subsidiaries.
  • Monitor bank facilities to ensure compliance with covenants and conditions.
Required Educational Level:Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.Required Experience:Minimum 3 years in finance with preferred experience as a bank relations officer.Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Planning and organizing
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail orientation and problem-solving abilities
