Car Rental Employee Required to Work at VIP Car Rentals Company
VIP Car Rentals Company is one of the leading companies in the field of luxury car rentals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company is currently seeking to hire a distinguished car rental employee to be part of its team in Riyadh.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming customers and providing rental services professionally.
  • Clearly explaining the terms and conditions of car rentals and contracts to customers.
  • Preparing rental contracts and entering data into the approved system.
  • Verifying driving licenses and identity and ensuring requirements are met.
  • Delivering and receiving vehicles according to approved forms and documenting their condition.
  • Following up on car return dates and coordinating with customers.
  • Collecting payments and issuing invoices according to approved policies.
  • Handling customer complaints and escalating them to management when necessary.
  • Complying with company policies and traffic and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Required Experience:
  • At least one year of experience in the car rental field.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Knowledge of the basics of rental contracts and traffic regulations.
  • Preference for those with experience in rental company systems.

Required Skills:
  • High communication skills and good customer interaction.
  • Ability to upsell insurance services and additional features.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computers and electronic systems.
  • Commitment to proper appearance and job discipline.
