Tasks and Responsibilities:- Welcoming customers and providing rental services professionally.
- Clearly explaining the terms and conditions of car rentals and contracts to customers.
- Preparing rental contracts and entering data into the approved system.
- Verifying driving licenses and identity and ensuring requirements are met.
- Delivering and receiving vehicles according to approved forms and documenting their condition.
- Following up on car return dates and coordinating with customers.
- Collecting payments and issuing invoices according to approved policies.
- Handling customer complaints and escalating them to management when necessary.
- Complying with company policies and traffic and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Required Experience:- At least one year of experience in the car rental field.
- Valid driving license.
- Knowledge of the basics of rental contracts and traffic regulations.
- Preference for those with experience in rental company systems.
Required Skills:- High communication skills and good customer interaction.
- Ability to upsell insurance services and additional features.
