Positions: Cashier / Barista / Waiter
Location: The Zone, Riyadh
Shift: 6 hours, 1 day off weekly
Overtime: Paid
Bonus: On-target bonus
Contract: Part-time*

• Organize and distribute tasks among the service staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Welcome guests professionally and ensure their requests are met promptly.
• Supervise table setups according to our establishment’s standards.
• Ensure the service area is clean, organized, and ready before operations begin.
• Review orders for accuracy and proper presentation before serving.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Train new service staff on hospitality standards and operational procedures.
• Monitor food safety and hygiene standards within the service area.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth order flow and timely service.
• Assist in preparing daily sales or service reports as needed.
• Contribute to enhancing guest experience and improving customer satisfaction.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service operations.
• Understanding of cooking principles is a plus.
• Leadership and organizational skills for team management.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide attentive, anticipatory, and discreet service.
• Accurately take orders and serve food and beverages with precision and flair.
• Maintain an immaculate and well-stocked station.
• Work collaboratively with the Captain and kitchen team to ensure perfect timing and guest satisfaction.

• You have proven experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment.
• You possess a polished appearance, impeccable grooming, and a professional demeanor.
• Your communication skills in English are excellent; proficiency in Arabic or Farsi is a significant advantage.
