Role Overview

As a Waiter, you will serve as a Guest Service Expert, responsible for a wide range of services that contribute to a pleasant and enjoyable meal for every guest. This position requires a commitment to upholding service quality and maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and prepare dining areas for service.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with kitchen staff.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Clean work areas and supplies to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Physical Demands of the Role

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over various surfaces.
• Capability to read and visually verify information, including menus.
• Handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Perform physical tasks such as reaching overhead, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• A high school diploma or *** equivalent is required.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required for this position.
• No specific license or certification is required.
