Join CJ Logistics as a Warehouse Manager in Riyadh!
As Korea’s leading logistics company, we are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our warehouse operations at an automated fulfillment center serving a major global e-commerce client across KSA, the GCC, and the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations.
• Drive operational performance, productivity, and service levels.
• Manage outsourced workforce operations and shift execution.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, process compliance, and operational stability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within an automated environment.
• Lead operational coordination across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 7+ years in warehouse operations including 3+ years in management.
• B2C e-commerce, fulfillment or high-volume distribution experience.
• Hands-on experience with a major WMS platform.
• Exposure to automated warehouse operations.
• Proven outsourced workforce management experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong leadership, communication and operational decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Data-driven operational mindset.
• Lean Six Sigma, APICS CSCP, CLTD, PMP or related certifications.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
