The Position:
We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to manage our warehouse operations efficiently. As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and reconciling all spare parts with supporting documents.
• Issuing spare parts against authorized requisition forms and adjusting stock accordingly.
• Coordinating communications and deliveries with couriers.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly storeroom.
• Controlling access to spare parts for security.
• Conducting checks between records and actual stock to investigate discrepancies.
• Managing annual stock counts and cycle counts.
• Initiating the return process for repairable parts.

Who You Are:
You should have:

• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with Google email and sheets.

A warehouse specialist is needed to work in a leading company, where they will be responsible for managing and organizing warehouses and ensuring the efficiency of logistics operations. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in warehouse management and hold a diploma or university degree in business administration or its equivalent. Main responsibilities include: • Managing the receiving and delivery operations of goods and organizing inventory movement • Implementing inventory systems and preparing regular inventory reports • Supervising the safety and security of inventory and applying safety standards • Monitoring the validity of stored materials and organizing the warehouse effectively • Working on computerized warehouse management systems and updating data • Coordinating with other departments to ensure the company's inventory needs are met, sending the resume to the email / e@***************** We need for our new branches in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Al-Kharj.
