At مفيد ® | MUFEED, we are dedicated to optimizing warehouse operations across various specialized facilities. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing inventory and ensuring efficient logistics tailored to media production and related services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventories, conduct audits, and ensure proper storage of all items.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Optimize layout and processes for efficiency.
  • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with departments for timely order fulfillment and prepare shipments with necessary documentation.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure operations adhere to safety regulations and industry standards, conducting inspections as needed.
  • Training and Mentoring: Train junior staff on best practices and serve as a point of contact for problem-solving.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operational coordination.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on inventory and performance to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 35 years of warehouse operations experience, particularly in specialized inventory management.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and strong organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to handle equipment and materials.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:
The Warehouse Specialist will operate primarily in one of our warehouses but may support others as required. This role mixes physical duties with administrative responsibilities, focusing on efficient warehouse operations.
