1. Receiving goods 2. Storing and arranging goods - Organizing and efficiently storing and arranging materials in designated areas. - Ensuring optimal use of space. 3. Distributing goods - Preparing orders according to delivery priorities and distribution areas. - Documenting distribution data and sending an email including the invoice number, client name, driver, and shipping office if applicable. 4. Monitoring official documents - Tracking the validity of civil defense and municipality licenses, and alerting when they are about to expire. 5. Documenting operations - Keeping accurate and updated records of all operations (receiving, distribution, returns...). 6. Safety and maintenance - Implementing safety procedures within the warehouse and following up on the maintenance of tools and equipment. 7. Work development - Proposing improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs and waste. 8. Internal coordination - Collaborating with departments to ensure their inventory needs are met. - Participating in regular meetings. 9. Training employees - Training and guiding new employees on warehouse procedures. 10. Managing returns - Receiving returns and checking their condition and quantities. - Reporting to the responsible manager and coordinating with sales before official receiving.
