Job Description
- Receiving visitors or clients, welcoming them, and directing them to the appropriate official or office.
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and contains all necessary office supplies such as pens, brochures, and work-related papers.
- Answering incoming phone calls and transferring them.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail.
- Providing administrative support and coordinating work activities.
- Receiving and responding to emails.
- Sending and receiving faxes and saving work-related files.
- Interacting with clients and strengthening relationships with them.
- Organizing appointments, scheduling meetings, and updating calendars.
- Preparing meeting rooms, making travel plans, and creating presentations.
- Maintaining copies of documents and records.
- Ensuring visitors are registered upon arrival at the reception area and their data is saved on the computer.
- Answering any inquiries or questions that clients or visitors may have.
- Maintaining the office filing system.
- Meeting the needs of clients during their visit to the workplace.
Requirements
- For Saudis Only
- GOSI Registration Required
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Beginner in English
