Job Description

  • Receiving visitors or clients, welcoming them, and directing them to the appropriate official or office.
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and contains all necessary office supplies such as pens, brochures, and work-related papers.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and transferring them.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail.
  • Providing administrative support and coordinating work activities.
  • Receiving and responding to emails.
  • Sending and receiving faxes and saving work-related files.
  • Interacting with clients and strengthening relationships with them.
  • Organizing appointments, scheduling meetings, and updating calendars.
  • Preparing meeting rooms, making travel plans, and creating presentations.
  • Maintaining copies of documents and records.
  • Ensuring visitors are registered upon arrival at the reception area and their data is saved on the computer.
  • Answering any inquiries or questions that clients or visitors may have.
  • Maintaining the office filing system.
  • Meeting the needs of clients during their visit to the workplace.

Requirements

  • For Saudis Only
  • GOSI Registration Required
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Beginner in English
