We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to oversee cleaning and housekeeping activities within commercial facilities, ensuring that our premises are well-organized and clean.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service schedules and prepare work timetables for staff.
  • Supervise employees during their duties, which include dusting, sweeping floors, cleaning restrooms, and changing linens.
  • Encourage the implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
High school diploma with advanced skills in:
  • Automatic laundry management
  • Supervision
  • Health and safety

About the Role:

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • IT proficiency.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.

Desirable:
