We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary levels of customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants to achieve operational objectives.
  • Prepare job assignments for Housekeeping Attendants.
  • Issue keys and supplies and take special note of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, and Double-Lock rooms.
  • Attend daily meetings for special instructions and receive check-outs before reporting them as vacant.
  • Carry out special requests from guests and ensure areas cleaned meet required standards.
  • Inspect cleaned areas using checklists to ensure cleaning is adequate and report immediate repairs.
  • Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells while training and assisting Housekeeping Attendants.
  • Assist with inventory management and ensure all machines and equipment are maintained properly.

Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a diploma or vocational training in hospitality, coupled with minor supervisory experience within a hotel housekeeping department. Strong command of English, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Familiarity with Opera software is an advantage.
