About the Role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the team of Housekeeping Attendants to achieve operational objectives while ensuring compliance with the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing job assignments for Housekeeping Attendants.
  • Issuing keys and supplies to the team.
  • Managing VIP statuses, special requests, and inspections to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Conducting daily meetings for special instructions.
  • Training and assisting Housekeeping Attendants.

Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A diploma or vocational training in hospitality.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a hotel housekeeping department.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literacy and experience with Opera is a plus.
