Join our team as a Sales Deputy Manager!
We at Hamad Mohammed Al-Raqib & Sons Trading Company are looking for a competent individual to be part of our sales team at our Khamis Mushait branch.

Job Objective:
Lead the sales team within the showroom to achieve monthly and annual sales goals and provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the sales team and distribute tasks.
• Achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Follow up on customer traffic and ensure service quality.
• Train and guide the sales team.
• Prepare daily schedules and organize working hours.
• Follow up on promotional offers and implement them.
• Monitor product display and adhere to standards.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Follow up on inventory and coordinate with warehouses.
• Prepare periodic reports.

Required Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, and at least 3 years of experience in sales, including one year in a supervisory position.
