About the Role
As the Assistant General Manager at Nammos Resort AMAALA, you will provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall management of restaurant operations. Your primary objective is to ensure the highest standards of operational excellence and guest satisfaction, contributing positively to the guest journey and the resort’s profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage the annual budget, P&L statements, and financial forecasts for optimal restaurant performance.
  • Drive revenue and profitability through effective pricing structures, menu engineering, and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure strict cost-control measures and labor efficiency without compromising the quality of service.
  • Oversee daily operations while championing a culture centered on exceptional guest experiences.
  • Resolve escalated guest complaints and service issues professionally.
  • Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Lead and inspire the restaurant team through mentorship and by modeling exemplary behavior.
  • Collaborate with the EAM and Head Chef on creative menu design and execution.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to engage confidently.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive cost control.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a commitment to superior guest service.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in revenue analysis and yield management.
