Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity.
  • Provide warm and professional service, anticipating guest needs to exceed expectations.
  • Manage cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
  • Ensure a clean and hygienic café environment as per food safety standards.
  • Support team members and maintain smooth operations.
  • Engage customers with attractive product displays and well-informed recommendations.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage or retail.
  • Proven experience as a barista with specialized skills in coffee preparation.
  • Strong cash handling and communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Certification in beverage service or specialty coffee.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality.
  • Knowledge of advanced coffee presentation techniques.
