Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicate daily with the operation team to ensure execution of all plans.
  • Plan daily activities such as receiving, dispatching, and transport to meet customer requests.
  • Deliver plans according to the schedule and monitor customer orders.
  • Immediately report any issues to customers regarding their requests.
  • Ensure all customer-related issues are resolved.
  • Monitor contract expirations and maintain customer relations through regular visits.
  • Conduct monthly stock counts with the operation team to ensure accuracy between system and physical count.
  • Report major operational issues to management for prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with other divisions to ensure timely order delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in planning operations.
  • Computer skills; experience with VMS SAP system is preferable.
