Join Fugro as a Maintenance Supervisor!
We are looking for a competent Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the efficiency of our drilling operations. You will work closely with the workshop supervisor and play a key role in maintenance planning, leadership, and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Planning & Execution: Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for drill rigs to minimize downtime.
  • Supervision & Leadership: Lead and coach mechanics and technicians, ensuring quality of completed tasks.
  • Equipment Reliability & Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults and coordinate major repairs and overhauls.
  • Safety, Health & Environment (HSE): Enforce compliance with HSE policies and conduct safety analyses.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports for rig management.
  • Spare Parts & Cost Control: Manage spare parts inventory and forecast maintenance budgets.
  • Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with other supervisors to align maintenance work with operational priorities.

Qualifications Required:
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 8–12+ years in maintenance with 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Technical Competencies: Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and maintenance planning tools.
  • Strong leadership and safety awareness skills are essential.
