الوصف الوظيفي:
تصميم أدلة ونماذج إدارة الجودة، وتطبيق معايير ومواصفات الجودة ودراسة مستوى رضى العملاء عن جودة الخدمات وتطوير أنظمة وإجراءات تدقيق الجودة وإعداد الوثائق والتقارير المتخصصة والمتعلقة في مجال الجودة.

الواجبات والمهام الرئيسية:
  • دراسة وتحليل وإعداد وتصميم أدلة ونماذج إدارة الجودة وتحديد وتطوير مواصفات ومعايير ومؤشرات لمختلف العمليات والمخرجات.
  • المساهمة الفعالة في تطوير معايير ومواصفات الجودة المطلوبة لمختلف المبادرات والبرامج والمخرجات قيد التطوير وفقاً لخطط العمل الموضوعة.
  • إعداد وتطوير استبانة قياس مستوى رضى العملاء عن جودة الخدمات والعمليات والإجراءات المعدة، وتوثيق وتحليل توصياتهم التحسينية في هذا المجال.
  • تطوير أنظمة وإجراءات ونماذج تدقيق الجودة والمشاركة في وضع خطط التدقيق الدوري والسنوي وتنفيذ عمليات ضبط وتدقيق الجودة بشكل متكامل ودقيق.
  • إعداد الوثائق والتقارير المتخصصة والمتعلقة بالجودة وتقديم التوصيات المناسبة والحلول الملائمة وعرضها وتوضيحها وحفظها في قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بها وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
