Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the healthcare sector.
  • Present, promote, and sell medical products to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to showcase our product portfolio.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute strategic sales plans.
  • Provide feedback from the field to support continuous improvement of products and services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client visits.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately perform laboratory tests.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be SCFHS certified.

Experience: Previous experience in a laboratory or healthcare setting is preferred. Phlebotomy certification is a plus.
