AlBorg Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic health services, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. As a Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in performing various technical tasks and laboratory examinations of specimens and body fluids.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Performing laboratory examinations of specimens and body fluids following approved laboratory procedures.
• Conducting chemical analyses of body fluids, such as blood and urine, using microscopes or automatic analyzers.
• Setting up, maintaining, and cleaning medical laboratory equipment.
• Collecting and preparing blood and tissue samples from patients in accordance with aseptic principles.
• Ensuring proper handling, processing, and storage of all specimens.
• Adhering to quality control policies and documenting all quality control activities.
• Performing maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment as necessary.
• Entering and maintaining accurate records of patient test results.
• Following established corrective action policies and procedures for tests that fall outside acceptable levels of performance.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Good knowledge of laboratory procedures, protocols, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately perform laboratory tests.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be SCFHS certified.

Experience: Previous experience in a laboratory or healthcare setting is preferred. Phlebotomy certification is a plus.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Telephone Operator to manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting callers, transferring calls, providing information, taking messages, and scheduling appointments.

Job Responsibility

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a polite and friendly manner
• Use a multi-line phone system to handle a high volume of calls
• Provide accurate information to callers and assist them with their inquiries
• Take detailed messages and ensure they are delivered promptly
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telephone Operator or similar role
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner
• Proficient in using a multi-line phone system
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls efficiently

This includes haircuts, beard grooming, shaves, and scalp care, ensuring a mindful, personalized experience that reflects Miraval’s wellness philosophy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide professional haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services.
• Conduct thorough consultations to ensure understanding of guest expectations.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic grooming environment.
• Support smooth scheduling and efficient service delivery.
• Contribute to upselling of services and assist in guest satisfaction metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified and licensed Barber with at least 2 years of experience in a luxury setting. Skilled in different hair types and grooming preferences. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Strong technical skills in barbering and excellent communication skills are essential.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Indoor and outdoor as needed.
