Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality control activities to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Perform laboratory tests to produce reliable and precise data of finished goods.
  • Check and test the folding factor when changing formats, tools, or during machine commissioning.
  • Maintain lab equipment and ensure up-to-date testing records.
  • Ensure housekeeping of the laboratory area adheres to 5S standards.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant Diploma with qualifications in ISO standards.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Production Environment focusing on Quality Management.
  • Experience in Packaging Production or Extrusion processes is advantageous.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be SCFHS certified.

Experience: Previous experience in a laboratory or healthcare setting is preferred. Phlebotomy certification is a plus.
