Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily farm activities: planting, pruning, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting.
  • Ensure tree health through inspections, pest management, and proper irrigation.
  • Implement sustainable farming practices and maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Train and guide farm workers, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports.
  • Stay updated on agricultural innovations to improve yield and sustainability.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in farm management (olive farming preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
    • Excellent communication (English; Arabic preferred).
    • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in event planning or luxury hospitality activations.
  • Experience managing premium, high-touch events and VIP protocols.

Skills:
Strong project management and organizational skills. Luxury service orientation and aesthetic sensibility. Vendor negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
