Job Title:
Healthy Chef (شيف مطعم صحي)
🎯
Job Objective:
Preparing and serving high-quality healthy meals according to balanced nutrition standards and specified caloric plans, achieving a distinguished dining experience for customers and contributing to the restaurant's reputation as a place that offers healthy and delicious food at the same time.

Responsibilities and Core Tasks:
Preparing daily healthy meal recipes (protein meals, diet, keto, vegetarian, etc.) according to the approved menu.
Adjusting ingredients according to quantity, caloric standards, and nutritional needs for each item.
Supervising the quality of raw materials and ensuring they are stored in a healthy and safe manner.
Monitoring the personal hygiene of staff and the kitchen according to the requirements of the Food and Drug Authority.
Developing new dishes that align with the restaurant's goals (reducing fat, lowering sodium, preserving flavor).
Following up on special customer requests (food allergies, specific diet, sports needs).
Coordinating with the purchasing department to ensure the availability of essential materials at all times.
Supervising the preparation of daily orders and delivering them on time.
Assisting in training new chefs and assistants on healthy cooking standards.
Maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring their safety and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
At least two years of experience in healthy restaurants or diet meals.
Accurate knowledge of caloric and nutrient systems (Macros: protein – carbohydrates – fats).
Skill in presenting dishes in an attractive and simple manner.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Food safety certification (preferably from the General Authority for Food and Drug).
Preference for those with a culinary or therapeutic nutrition certificate.

Working Hours and Location:
Full-time (8 hours daily).
One day off per week.
Work location: [to be determined by the establishment owner].
