وصف الوظيفة:
علن شركة افق الحجاز المحدودة عن توفر وظيفة مشرف تنظيف، حيث ستتولى إدارة وتنسيق أنشطة التدبير في المرافق التجارية. ستكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان الحفاظ على نظافة تلك المرافق وترتيبها بشكل دائم.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • إدارة الجدول الزمني للخدمات. التخطيط للجداول الزمنية لأعمال الموظفين وتحضيرها.
  • الإشراف على الموظفين أثناء أداء واجباتهم المختلفة مثل مسح الأتربة، كنس الأرضيات، تنظيف دورات المياه، وتغيير الشراشف.
  • تنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات التدبير المنزلي.
  • مراقبة مخزون إمدادات التنظيف والمعدات والحفاظ عليها.
  • اتباع سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

  • Knowledge of Incoterms, logistics and contractual agreements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Post-graduate study and certification in Procurement/Supply Chain Management are advantageous.

Additional Information:
Preferably, a Saudi national with a background in international companies.
