Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Supervision & Quality Assurance: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
• Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Ensure attention to detail in guest rooms and address any requests or concerns promptly.
• Team Leadership & Development: Motivate and train housekeeping staff to maintain service excellence.
• Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to maintain seamless operations.
• Standards, Safety & Compliance: Enforce hygiene and workplace safety standards consistently.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Housekeeping in a luxury hotel environment.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or Housekeeping Operations is an advantage.

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring high service culture and performance standards.
• Coordination & Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely communication regarding room status.
• Standards, Safety & Compliance: Enforce grooming, hygiene, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and security procedures.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in luxury hotel housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Housekeeping Management is an advantage.
