Raffles The Red Sea, located in Umluj, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury spa facilities. In this prestigious role, you will work closely with the Spa & Wellness Manager to ensure that our guests experience the highest standards of service and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the spa and wellness facilities.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Supervise and train spa staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of spa equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in managing the spa's budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote special offers.
  • Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative treatments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in spa management, preferably in luxury settings.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team training and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of spa operations and wellness trends.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to exceed guest expectations.
  • Proficiency in spa management software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen in budgeting and revenue management.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Spa management certification preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to speak Arabic is a plus.
