Your Responsibilities:
  • Respond to a diverse range of guest requests with precision and efficiency.
  • Anticipate guest needs to provide personalized recommendations and thoughtful touches for an exceptional stay.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all guest expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Open exclusively to Saudi Nationals as per Saudization regulations.
  • Proficiency in written, spoken, and reading English and Arabic is essential.
  • Previous hotel experience is preferred; familiarity with hotel systems is a plus.
  • Locals only as per the Saudi labour law.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
