Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment & EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) Crane Operator to join our team on exciting projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment and EOT cranes safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines.
  • Perform pre-operational checks and regular inspections of machinery.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to protect yourself and others on the job site.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to coordinate lifting and movement of materials.
  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding project status and equipment performance.
  • Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on equipment as needed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment and EOT cranes.
  • Valid operator certifications and licenses specific to heavy equipment and cranes.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, protocols, and best practices in construction and heavy machinery operation.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Physical capability to perform required job tasks, including lifting and moving heavy equipment.
