Purpose of the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Opportunity Development:
  • Identify and qualify new leads within target industries.
  • Research to understand clients’ operations and uncover pain points.
  • Collaborate on targeted campaigns and events.
  • Use CRM & ERP tools for tracking leads.
• Technical Engagement:
  • Meet customers to understand their requirements.
  • Collect project details and coordinate internally for proposals.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations.
• Sales Execution:
  • Share quotes and actively follow up to drive sales closure.
  • Coordinate with teams for pricing, delivery, and documentation.
  • Manage order processing and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Prepare regular reports on leads and customer engagement metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of technical sales experience in the energy sector.
• Proven track record in solution selling.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical components.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel.

We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Engineers to become part of our dynamic Safety Department team at REDA Hazard Control. If you possess a solid understanding of safety products in the industrial and commercial markets, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients by identifying new sales opportunities.
• Present safety solutions to customers and generate new inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, including contractors.
• Promote and register with key clients to showcase the company’s range of safety products and services.
• Analyze market trends, recognize competitors, and explore potential collaborative opportunities.
• Interpret technical specifications and safety drawings, preparing comprehensive sales proposals and presentations.

Prequalification Requirements:

• Engineering degree preferred, or a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, particularly in safety product sales.
• Knowledge of safety products such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), electrical safety, fall protection, and gas detection systems is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in building and managing long-term customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (oral and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
