At the Water Transmission Company, we are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to oversee our mechanical maintenance operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the largest water transmission company in the world, dedicated to delivering efficient services to both the government and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and monitor mechanical maintenance activities in collaboration with relevant business units.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in maintenance systems and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
  • Schedule and carry out maintenance activities efficiently.
  • Communicate with materials management for required maintenance supplies.
  • Perform inspections and record results to support corrective action assessments.
  • Coordinate with maintenance agencies for any necessary corrective actions.
  • Complete periodic maintenance reports to evaluate machinery performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience.

About the Role
This role is essential for assisting in the purchasing tasks within alfanar, ensuring efficiency, punctuality, and adherence to quality standards in line with the company's defined policies and procedures.

Key Accountability Areas:

  • Effectively utilize resources to achieve objectives in a cost-efficient manner.
  • Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution of planned tasks.

Required Qualifications:
  • Academic Qualification: Diploma Degree in Administration.
  • Work Experience: 2 to 5 years.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, project management, negotiation, and teamwork.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, creativity, initiative, analytical thinking, and time management.
