Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and monitor mechanical maintenance activities in collaboration with relevant business units.

• Schedule and carry out maintenance activities efficiently.
• Communicate with materials management for required maintenance supplies.
• Perform inspections and record results to support corrective action assessments.
• Coordinate with maintenance agencies for any necessary corrective actions.
• Complete periodic maintenance reports to evaluate machinery performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translation of Written Documents: Accurately translate various written materials including audit reports and technical documents from English to Chinese and vice versa.
• Interpretation in Audits: Provide real-time interpretation during factory visits and meetings between auditors and factory staff.
• Language Support: Assist auditors in understanding Chinese documents relevant to the audit process.
• Communication Liaison: Act as a bridge for effective communication between English-speaking auditors and Chinese-speaking factory personnel.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of translated documents for reporting purposes.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences while interacting with diverse individuals.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Chinese with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Experience in translation and interpretation, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in translation and interpretation is a plus.
