As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our vibrant beachfront lifestyle destination. With a commitment to excellence, you'll respond promptly to maintenance requests and carry out essential tasks to keep our facilities in top condition.

Your Responsibilities include:
  • Responding to maintenance requests from guests and staff efficiently.
  • Performing routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults in equipment and machinery.
  • Conducting inspections to identify issues and recommending effective solutions.
  • Carrying out preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities.
  • Managing inventory of maintenance supplies.
  • Assisting with the installation of new equipment.
  • Addressing engineering-related complaints in a professional manner.

Experience and Skills required:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • A relevant degree or certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies.
  • Assist with audits by providing documentation.

Experience & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
