Job Summary:
As a Senior Sales Representative at Altaaqa Alternative Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships within the defined administrative, financial, and procedural objectives set by divisional management. You will identify potential customers in Saudi Arabia for Rental & Used Generators, HVAC, and Solar solutions, develop sales opportunities, influence decision makers, and ensure Altaaqa's participation in suitable projects.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Visit relevant consultants, ministries, contractors, end-users, and prospective customers regularly to identify business opportunities.
  • Assist Sales Representatives in fulfilling customer requirements.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of all appropriate projects and participation in line with sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to prepare and submit competitive bids on time.
  • Maintain up-to-date contact and prospect lists, and generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Conduct monthly or quarterly sales analyses to prepare strategies and plans.
  • Support installation teams during construction, testing, and commissioning of Utility Solutions.
  • Organize corporate launch activities, seminars, and exhibitions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Aptitude:
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a Vocational/Technical Diploma.
  • Experience required: Minimum of 5 years in industrial equipment sales.
  • Technical Skills: Good communication and analytical skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient with procurement software and online sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Currently located in Jubail, Yanbu, or Dammam, or willing to relocate within 60 days.
