Key Responsibilities:
- Assess workforce needs and identify training requirements.
- Design performance appraisal systems.
- Maintain healthy employer-employee relationships.
- Keep accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Create salary structures and incentive plans.
- Develop and implement HR strategies in line with organizational objectives.
- Manage hiring, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Advise management on HR-related issues and best practices.
- Maintain payroll and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Address employee relations concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Handle grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee HR-related ERP systems and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop training and development programs for employee growth.
- Manage governmental relations and compliance processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of six years experience in human resources.
- Proficient in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
