Join Our Team as a Human Resource Specialist!
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Specialist to join our dynamic team at GUTHMI Group. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and enhancing our workforce by implementing effective HR strategies and programs.

Your Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and promote a positive workplace culture.
Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable offerings for all employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases to support reporting and analytics.
Stay updated on labor laws and industry trends to ensure the organization's practices are compliant and effective.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. A degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with relevant HR certification, is preferred.

التنسيق مع مدراء الأقسام لفهم احتياجات التوظيف.
متابعة أداء الموظفين وتقييمه بشكل دوري.
إعداد وتقييم السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية للموارد البشرية.
إجراء المقابلات الأولية وتقييم المرشحين.
القدرة على التحليل واتخاذ القرارات.
تطوير وتحسين استراتيجيات استقطاب المرشحين.
مراجعة سجلات الرواتب والحضور والانصراف والإجازات وغيرها.
المعرفة بالمواقع الحكومية المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية.
إدارة قاعدة بيانات المرشحين والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

بكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة أعمال أو مؤهل ذات صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الموارد البشرية.
معرفة جيدة بمنصات التوظيف وأدوات التقييم.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على بناء علاقات فعالة.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.

As an HR Project Specialist at Siemens Energy, you will engage with HR leadership and business partners to drive impactful HR projects that foster organizational growth and transformation in Saudi Arabia. You will collaborate with diverse teams to design and implement effective people strategies, ensuring that growth initiatives are on track while providing data-driven insights to stakeholders.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Collaborate with HR Head and HRBPs on HR projects supporting organizational growth in Saudi Arabia.
Design and implement people strategies in partnership with HR teams and business areas.
Monitor key HR metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
Identify and address people-related risks and project bottlenecks proactively.
Suggest process improvements to tackle complex challenges.
Ensure alignment with KSA labor regulations and HR best practices.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a matrix multinational organization.
Proven expertise in HR operations, organizational development, and project management.
Experience in business growth and ramp-up environments.
Knowledge of KSA labor regulations and HR methodologies.
Excellent command of Arabic and English, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
