Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase software adoption.
- Engage with key decision-makers in engineering, R&D, and procurement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to demonstrate software capabilities.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build relationships with clients for retention and upselling.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
- Maintain sales forecasting and pipeline using CRM tools.
Key Requirements:
- 48 years of experience in sales within Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or EPC industries.
- Experience selling engineering simulation software (Ansys, Siemens, etc.).
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics (CFD) and structural analysis (FEA).
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
- Strong communication skills, English proficiency (Arabic is a plus).
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related fields.
- Familiarity with industry digital transformation trends.
- Extensive network in GCC engineering and design teams.
