Job Overview:
The Senior HR Specialist will manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and optimizing HR processes to support organizational growth. This is a key role for someone who is passionate about people and effective HR management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Oversee payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle GOSI processes and employee registrations.
  • Interact with government platforms for HR-related services.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and best practices.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics for decision-making.
  • Support training and development initiatives for employee growth.
  • Collaborate to improve employee engagement and performance.
  • Manage employee relations and provide HR guidance.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and Saudi Labor Law.
  • Experience in performance management and KPI tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

  • HR Policies & Organizational Development: Assist in performance management cycles and identify training needs.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance.
  • Experience across multiple HR functions.
  • Familiarity with HR systems.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Proficient with Google Sheets and MS Office.
