RiDiK, a global technology solutions provider and a subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation, is on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition across the public sector, smart cities, and strategic enterprise accounts in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business acquisition within the public sector and strategic accounts.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline that aligns with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to commercial negotiation.
  • Establish and foster trusted relationships with CXOs and senior government officials to influence decisions.
  • Expand client presence in untapped accounts, securing new logos and multi-year engagements.
  • Collaborate with presales and solution teams to deliver tailored value propositions.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to define sector-focused sales strategies.

Core Responsibilities
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging sectors in the KSA market (Real Estate, Tech, or Industry) to identify high-potential investment targets.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Lead the end-to-end process of identifying, reaching out to, and securing partnerships with local and international entities.

  • Financial Literacy: Strong ability to understand financial statements, ROI projections, and market valuations.
