- Prospecting for new clients
- Coordinating property tours
- Negotiating contracts
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to company values
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate principles
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
- Familiarity with managing and negotiating Real Property transactions
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in team management or supervisory roles is a plus
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
