Join Alabdullatif Holding Group as a Group HR Manager! We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to lead our HR operations and enhance our overall employee governance across various subsidiaries, including industrial, contracting, and real estate development businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee HR operations for the Group, including on/offboarding, contracts, employee files, benefits, and reporting.
  • Support manpower planning, organization structure, and workforce deployment.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts and guide subsidiaries on effective hiring practices.
  • Manage performance cycles and initiatives for employee development.
  • Handle employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Enhance HR processes using Microsoft Dynamics HRMS and maintain accurate reporting.
  • Provide consistency and compliance in HR support for subsidiaries.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • 5–10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in industrial, contracting, or real estate sectors.
  • Strong capability in HR operations, policies, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics HRMS is essential.
  • Exhibit strong stakeholder management and confidentiality skills.
  • SHRM / CIPD certifications are a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.

  • الرواتب والتعويضات: الإشراف على معالجة الرواتب، ومزايا الموظفين، وتسجيلات GOSI.
  • إدارة الأداء: تصميم أنظمة التقييم، وتحديد احتياجات التدريب، ودعم تطوير القيادة.
  • علاقات الحكومة: الحفاظ على أنظمة الموارد البشرية وضمان تجديد التصاريح والتراخيص الخاصة بالشركة في الوقت المناسب.

المؤهلات:
