In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of human resource and administrative strategies that align with the organization’s goals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess workforce needs and identify training requirements.
  • Design performance appraisal systems.
  • Maintain healthy employer-employee relationships.
  • Keep accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Create salary structures and incentive plans.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies in line with organizational objectives.
  • Manage hiring, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and best practices.
  • Maintain payroll and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Address employee relations concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Oversee HR-related ERP systems and ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop training and development programs for employee growth.
  • Manage governmental relations and compliance processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • A minimum of six years experience in human resources.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Skills and Experience:
