About the Role

CleanLife is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing daily HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination, and government-related processes, ensuring strict adherence to Saudi Labor Law and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily employee affairs, including contracts, renewals, job changes, and terminations.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Handle HR transactions through government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, and Muqeem.
• Coordinate the issuance and renewal of work permits, residency permits (Iqama), and visas.
• Prepare and review monthly payroll data for accuracy before processing.
• Liaise with the Finance Department regarding payroll, employee benefits, deductions, and settlements.
• Monitor attendance, leave balances, and employee records, preparing related reports.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for management.
• Contribute to the improvement of HR processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
• Represent the company before government authorities and complete official transactions as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations or Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using the Jisr HR System.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
