About the Human Resources Specialist Role

MEMF Electrical Industries Co., the industrial division of KFB Holding Group, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for a range of critical HR functions, including:

• Developing, reviewing, and maintaining salary structures, grading systems, job levels, and compensation frameworks.
• Conducting compensation and benefits benchmarking studies to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Participating in organizational structure reviews and workforce planning initiatives.
• Preparing and analyzing HR metrics, reports, dashboards, and workforce data using advanced Excel tools.
• Coordinating annual salary reviews, promotions, and incentive programs.
• Conducting job analysis and job evaluation exercises and maintaining accurate job descriptions.
• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Participating in HR projects related to organizational development, employee engagement, and process improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, with a preference for experience within industrial or manufacturing companies.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Essential Skills and Competencies

Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong set of skills, including:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
